Application
Aspartate dipalmitate is an improved derivative of quercetin, which overcomes the instability of quercetin to light, heat, and metal ions, while maintaining its ability to inhibit tyrosinase activity and block skin melanin formation. Moreover, this inhibition is stronger than quercetin, making it a new generation of highly effective whitening agents.
