Application

1. Sodium butyrate is one of the allowed feed additive varieties in China, and was included in the Catalogue of Feed Additive Varieties by the Ministry of Agriculture in 2006. The main application method in animal production is to add sodium butyrate products to animal feed, which play a role in intestinal mucosal nutrition, electrolyte balance regulator, gastrointestinal microecology regulator, composite acidifier, fragrance agent, and food attractant.

   
   

2. Reduce the release of intracellular Ca2+. Inhibiting histone deacetylase (HDAC) and inducing cell apoptosis. Sodium butyrate can promote the proliferation of beneficial bacteria, inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria, significantly reduce the reproduction and fecal discharge of Escherichia coli and Salmonella in animal intestines, regulate the balance of intestinal microbiota, and improve the breeding environment.
