Application
Clarifier; pigment stabilizer; colloid stabilizer. Mainly used for beer clarification and quality stabilization (reference dosage 8-20g/100L, maintained for 24 hours and filtered out) Chemicalbook, can also be used in combination with enzymes (protease) and protein adsorbents. Also used as a stabilizer for wine clarification and color change prevention (reference dosage 24-72g/100L).
