Application

This product is a late-effect accelerator for natural rubber, butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and reclaimed rubber. It is particularly suitable for rubber compounds containing highly alkaline carbon black. It is safe at operating temperatures, exhibits strong scorch resistance, fast vulcanization, and high tensile strength, which can increase the utilization rate of synthetic rubber. Low in toxicity and high in efficiency, it is an ideal alternative to NOBS, boasting excellent overall performance, earning it the title of standard accelerator. It is widely used in the production of radial tires. It can be used in combination with aldehyde amines, guanidines, and thiuram accelerators, and when used in combination with the scorch retarder PVI, it forms a superior vulcanization system. It is primarily used in the manufacture of tires, rubber shoes, hoses, tapes, and cables.
