Application
D-calcium pantothenate can be used as a nutritional supplement. Except for special nutritional foods, the usage amount must be less than 1% (calculated as calcium) (Japanese standard). When fortifying milk powder, it is 10mg/1Chemicalbook00g. Adding 0.02% to shochu and whiskey can enhance the flavor. Adding 0.02% to honey can prevent crystallization in winter. It can buffer the bitterness of caffeine and saccharin.
