Application
Vanillyl butyl ether can be used as a fragrance ingredient in cosmetics and for preparing other functional compositions; for instance, it is used to formulate a breast massage cosmetic containing plant extracts.
2. It can also be used to prepare hand creams—such as a dragon fruit hand cream—composed of the following ingredients: dragon fruit pulp extract, vanillyl butyl ether, chamomile, lemon peel extract, and pharmaceutical-grade petrolatum.
