Also known as sodium salt of sulfobutyl ether beta-cyclodextrin, it is a sodium salt obtained by the ethylation of beta-cyclodextrin under alkaline conditions with 1,4-butanedisulfonic acid ester. It is an anionic type highly water-soluble cyclodextrin derivative. It can effectively complex drug molecules to form non-covalent complexes, thereby improving the stability, water solubility, safety, reducing renal toxicity, alleviating hemolytic effects of drugs, controlling the release rate of drugs, masking unpleasant odors, etc.

Application:
