Application
EDTMP has a strong ability to chelate metal ions, and its complex constant with copper ions is the largest among all chelating agents, including EDTA. EDTMP is a high-purity reagent and non-toxic. In the electronics industry, it can be used as a cleaning agent for semiconductor chips to manufacture chemicalbook integrated circuits; in the pharmaceutical industry, it can be used as a carrier of radioactive elements for the inspection and treatment of diseases; EDTMP's chelating ability far exceeds that of EDTA and DTPA, and EDTMPA can be used to replace EDTA in almost all places where EDTA is used as a chelating agent.
