Application
3-Bromoanisole is an intermediate for the synthesis of a new generation of potent central non-narcotic analgesics, tramadol hydrochloride. It can also be used as a raw material for the production of 4-arylpiperidine antipruritic drugs, anti-tuberculosis agents, triarylmethane thiophenes, aviropiprine receptor antagonists, dihydroquinazoline Eg5 inhibitors, a series of alkoxytriarylphosphine ligands, organic laser dyes, p-terphenyl derivatives, 2-methoxyphenothiazine and fluorane thermosensitive dyes, and can be used in the synthesis of other medicines and dyes.
