Application
Organic synthesis. It is a kind of efficient and mild reagent to remove benzyl protective group, especially for the compounds containing easily reduced functional groups, the use of this reagent will not affect the other functional groups in the molecule; it is also used in the removal of tertiary amines on the alkyl group, and the resulting carbamate can be heated in methanol to remove formate ester group to obtain a high yield of seconal amine; it is used in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals for the production of cefpodoxime esters, Candesartan esters, cefotiam esters, bacitracin and ampicillin, and so on.
